WARRANTY

Dallmeyer Warranty Dallmeyer warrants that the product is free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 3 years from the date of original purchase. During the warranty period, defects will be rectified free of charge, either by repair or replacement, at Dallmeyer’s discretion. Dallmeyer’s obligation under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement by an equivalent product in working condition. This warranty is valid in addition to your statutory rights to claim against the seller. This warranty will not be applicable if the defect has arisen through misuse, neglect, accidental damage, alteration of the product, or improper treatment, including any interference with the product by unauthorised workshops or individuals.This warranty will be invalid if damage has occurred from service by individuals not authorised by Dallmeyer. It also does not cover claims that result from natural disasters (e.g. floods, storms, fires). As far as is permissible under the relevant laws, this warranty excludes claims for any indirect, special, punitive, consequential, or incidental damages, and will not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, accidental damage, mishandling, or amendments to the product.

Should a defect occur during the warranty period, please contact us at sales@dallmeyer-optics.com and notify us about the dimensions of the parcel you plan to send. We will provide you a FedEx label via email, which will allow you to ship us the lens free of charge. You can either drop the package at a local FedEx station or we can organize a pick-up for you. Please don’t forget to include a brief description of the defect as well as the original warranty card. After the repair, we will return your lens free of charge. This service is valid for all countries served by FedEx.
